Welcome to the #MyGloriousGardens September Link Party, hosted by the wonderful Sophie from Old House in the Shires and myself. We are very excited about this little community of gardeners online. It is a joy to get to know all of you through this link up and your blogs!
We had a great turnout for the link party in August, and are excited to see who shows up this month. We hope you received some great interaction from followers and other bloggers at last month’s party. We also hope you found some new followers and garden bloggers as well to interact with! We are looking forward to reading all of your gardening, outdoor, reviews and visits to amazing outdoor places this month too!
As the school year is beginning, I am getting busier as a tutor for students in the area. I am also gaining more experience as a freelance writer through companies that I work for. Of course, I also try to find time to blog in between my crazy schedule as well!
If you are not sure how and why to link up, read this post Here.
My Featured Link August Post
It is tough to pick just one post from August. I loved them all! I really enjoyed reading about and looking at all the beautiful and unusual South African plants from Candelo Bloom’s post. Some of these plants remind me of blooms that grow well out here in Southern California. There are a variety of gorgeous and colorful flowers that are native to South Africa. Many of these plants can grow elsewhere, in the similar climates. Thank you for sharing these wonderful plants with us!
Instagram Featured Post
It’s always hard to pick just one post from Instagram. There are so many pretty pictures of your gardens, plants, and flowers on here! You can join in on Instagram using the #MyGloriousGardens hashtag for a chance to be featured each month! Please do go over to Sophie’s to see who she has chosen to be featured.
As an island girl, palm trees just call my name. The smell in the Conservatory took me back to rainy days in the island surrounded by lush vegetation.
